Our courier partners include DTDC, Delhivery, ExpressBees, and India Post.
If DTDC service is not available for the customer’s pincode, the shipment will be dispatched through an alternative courier partner.

Our standard delivery time is 5–7 working days.

Delivery timelines depend on the service capacity and operational conditions of third-party courier partners. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the product has been dispatched.

All products are securely packed and shipped from our end.

For fiberglass products or other fragile/risky items, special packing in a larger and stronger box is required to ensure safe delivery. Due to this additional packing material and higher volumetric weight, extra packing and shipping charges may apply.

In case door delivery is not available at the customer’s location, the shipment may need to be collected from the nearest serviceable courier branch. The respective courier partner will contact the customer with further details.
