How to track order
Step 1: Go to the Indian Bikes Spares website. On the homepage, click on the “Tracking” option.
Step 2: You will be taken to the order tracking page, which looks like the image shown below.
Step 3: Enter your Order ID (6-digit number sent via WhatsApp or email) in the first box. In the second box, enter your email ID (the same one used when placing the order).
Step 4: If the details are correct, your order status will be displayed. If your order is already dispatched, you’ll see the India Post tracking number and the dispatch date. The tracking number will appear in blue color. Click on “Track your order” – it will take you to the India Post tracking website.
Step 5: On the India Post page, enter the tracking number, complete the captcha, and click Search to view your shipment status.
Step 6: To check again later, just return to the tracking page and re-enter your Order ID and email ID.
Step 7: If the status shows only order details without a tracking number, it means your order is still in the processing stage. Please wait — once the product is dispatched, the tracking details will be updated automatically.
