At Prime Automobiles, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. While we strive to ensure that you love every purchase, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an order. In such cases, we are here to assist you through the entire process.
Returns Procedure
- Initiate a return request: To initiate the return process, please let us know
- Email indianbikesspares@gmail.com with your order number and the problem so we can authorize it.
- Ship Your Return: After authorization, send the product you wish to return to the following address via India Post:Address: Order delvery note same – PRIME AUTOMOBILES wadiraja complex near mitra hospital udupi pincode – 576101 CALL – +91 7483957461 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and conduct a quality check, we will promptly process your refund. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, following standard banking procedures.
Terms & Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product does not fit your bike/scooter.
Please be aware that a change of mind after the product has been dispatched by Prime automobiles or after receiving the product will not be considered valid reasons for returning a product. In cases where the customer ordered the incorrect product or for any reason failed to collect product, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
It is essential to raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made beyond this 7-day window will not be processed. Ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and reach us within 12 days of your return request’s acceptance.
Please note that return orders received at our warehouse after 12 days from the date of return request acceptance will not be eligible for a refund.
